Ingredients
- Large fresh strawberries
- Cream cheese, softened
- Confectioners’ sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Semisweet chocolate (optional)
- Canola oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cut a small cone-shaped hollow from the stem end of each strawberry, keeping the berry firm and intact.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into each strawberry until slightly domed above the opening.
- Immediately press the exposed filling into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- If using chocolate, dip the tip of each strawberry into melted chocolate and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate until the filling is set and the chocolate has hardened.
Notes
- Use fully dry strawberries to prevent sogginess.
- Make these the night before serving for best texture.
- Keep chilled until shortly before serving.
