Description

A bite-sized twist on classic cheesecake, these Strawberry Cheesecake Bites pair juicy fresh strawberries with a smooth, creamy filling for a simple, no-bake dessert you can serve at parties, holidays, or anytime you want something sweet without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 large strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted chocolate (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the centers.
  2. Pat the strawberries dry to prevent excess moisture.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each strawberry.
  5. Roll the tops in graham cracker crumbs or drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  1. For a fluffier filling, fold in a spoonful of whipped topping.
  2. Serve strawberries soon after filling to keep them firm.
  3. Store filled strawberries in the refrigerator for up to two days.
