- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Puree half of the strawberries in a blender and strain to remove seeds.
- Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the remaining chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Frozen strawberries can be used for the puree only if fully thawed and drained.
- Do not overmix after folding in whipped cream.
