Description

The Strawberry Lime Mocktail Margarita is a non-alcoholic twist on the classic margarita, featuring a blend of ripe strawberries, fresh lime juice, and a refreshing fizzy finish. Perfect for summer parties, BBQs, or any occasion where you want a cool, vibrant drink without the alcohol.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3.  Add ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is thick and slushy.
  4. Pour into glasses, leaving room for the sparkling water.
  5. Top off each glass with club soda or sparkling water, and give it a gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a salted rim (if desired).

Notes

  1. Frozen strawberries can be used for a thicker, slushier drink.
  2. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/agave syrup.
  3. For a spicy kick, add a few slices of jalapeño to the mix.
  4. This drink is perfect for serving in large batches at parties.
