Ingredients
1½ pounds chicken breasts
½ cup sweet chili sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
Juice from 1 lime
Garlic, cumin, chili powder (to taste)
6 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup lettuce
6 slices tomatoes
10 slices cucumbers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Greek yogurt (to taste)
Optional: carrots, radishes, red cabbage, avocado, halloumi cheese, fresh herbs, nuts
Instructions
Marinate the chicken: Combine the chicken with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Cook the chicken: Grill, air fry, or pan-fry until fully cooked (15–20 minutes). Let rest and slice.
Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and additional sweet chili sauce for a creamy spread.
Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cooked chicken, and creamy sauce. Add optional toppings like shredded carrots or cheese.
Wrap and serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Serve immediately for the best texture.
Notes
You can substitute tortillas with whole wheat or low-carb versions.
