Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (2832 oz)
  • 1 cup peas or green beans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in condensed soup, milk, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and optional vegetables.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until tots are golden and casserole is bubbling.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
