Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic, then drain any excess fat.
- Stir in condensed soup, milk, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and optional vegetables.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until tots are golden and casserole is bubbling.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
