Description

This Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito is a smoky, creamy Tex-Mex wrap made with juicy grilled chicken, ranch dressing, and chipotle spice for a bold, satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy tortilla strips
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, cumin, and lime juice; marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred; rest and slice.
  3. Whisk ranch dressing, adobo sauce, and garlic to make chipotle ranch sauce.
  4. Warm tortillas; layer sauce, chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, tortilla strips, and avocado.
  5. Roll burrito tightly; grill seam side down for 1 minute per side to seal and crisp.
