- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned paprika
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut chicken into evenly sized bite-sized pieces
- Coat chicken pieces lightly in seasoned flour
- Dip chicken into egg and milk mixture
- Coat chicken in crushed cornflakes mixture evenly
- Place breaded chicken pieces on baking sheet with space between them
- Bake for 18 minutes flipping halfway through until golden and crispy
- Mix BBQ sauce honey and ketchup in a saucepan and heat until smooth
- Let chicken cool slightly then toss with warm honey BBQ sauce
- Serve immediately while crispy
