4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Push the beef to the side of the skillet. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
