- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 jar (14.5 to 15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 cups frozen peas or broccoli
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Fold in the shredded cooked chicken and frozen peas or broccoli until evenly coated in the Alfredo mixture.
- Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese evenly over the filling.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single even layer over the cheese, covering the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Keep the tater tots frozen until you arrange them on top so they bake up crisp.
- Cut broccoli into small pieces if using frozen broccoli so it heats evenly in the filling.
- A thicker Alfredo sauce works best because the casserole releases moisture as it bakes.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving so the creamy filling can settle.
