- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together the cocoa powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in a small amount of the almond milk to create a smooth paste, then add the remaining milk and mix well.
- Stir in the chia seeds until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Once thick and creamy, stir again and serve chilled with your favorite toppings.

- For a thicker pudding, let it chill overnight.
- If the pudding becomes too thick, stir in a splash of milk before serving.
