Ingredients

- Large eggs (4)
- Whole milk (3/4 cup)
- Unsalted butter (3 tablespoons)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Maple syrup for serving (optional)
- Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Cut each cinnamon roll into four equal bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Dip each cinnamon roll piece briefly into the egg mixture, coating lightly.
- Place coated pieces into the skillet in a single layer.
