Description

A refreshing Citrus Berry Punch made with citrus and berry juice concentrates, gently mixed with ginger ale and served cold with ice and optional fresh fruit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can citrus juice concentrate
  • 1 can berry juice concentrate
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine citrus juice concentrate and berry juice concentrate in a large container
  2. Slowly pour ginger ale down the side of the container
  3. Stir gently to preserve the fizz
  4. Add ice cubes just before serving
  5. Add fresh fruit if desired and serve immediately

Notes

  1. Add ginger ale right before serving to keep the fizz
  2. Let frozen concentrates soften for 10 to 15 minutes before mixing
  3. Use chilled ingredients to reduce ice dilution
  4. Add fruit just before serving for best texture and flavor
