Description

A creamy strawberry cheesecake salad made with fresh strawberries, a light cheesecake-style base, and soft marshmallows. This easy no-bake dessert salad is perfect for potlucks, holidays, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 small package (3.4 ounces) cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups strawberry yogurt
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry yogurt and cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until light and fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour to allow it to set.
  4. Right before serving, gently fold in the sliced strawberries, marshmallows, and bananas.
  5. Serve chilled and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.

Notes

  1. Thaw the whipped topping in the refrigerator ahead of time for the smoothest texture.
  2. Add the fruit just before serving to prevent excess moisture and browning.
  3. For a firmer texture, allow the base to chill slightly longer before adding fruit.
