Description

These jello candy melts are soft, fruity, and melt right in your mouth. Made with cream cheese and powdered Jello, this easy no-bake candy is perfect for parties, holidays, or a simple homemade treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz powdered sugar, plus more as needed
  • Powdered Jello, any flavors (about 1 tablespoon per flavor)
  • Granulated sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until a thick, smooth, non-sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into small bowls, one for each flavor.
  4. Stir powdered Jello into each bowl until the color and flavor are fully blended.
  5. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls, flatten slightly, and coat in granulated sugar.
  6. Place the candies in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. If the mixture feels sticky, add a little more powdered sugar.
  2. Chill the candies for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
  3. Let candies sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating for a softer melt.
