- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato slices
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Mustard, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease, then reduce the heat to medium and stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese down the center of each one.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it over the cheese, then drizzle lightly with mustard and add tomato slices.
- Roll each tortilla burrito-style, keeping the filling snug inside.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a preheated grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until golden with light grill marks and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill, carefully open to add lettuce and red onion, then re-roll and slice in half before serving.
