Description
Mixed berry yum yum is a no-bake layered dessert made with a graham cracker crust, a light cream cheese filling, and sweet strawberry and blueberry layers. It’s chilled overnight so the layers set clean and slice neatly.

- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened
- Set aside 3 tablespoons of crumbs for topping
- Press remaining crumbs firmly into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth
- In another bowl, whip cream with granulated sugar and remaining vanilla until stiff peaks form
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently until combined
- Spread one-third of the cream mixture over the crust evenly
- Drop spoonfuls of strawberry pie filling over the cream layer and gently spread
- Add another third of the cream mixture and spread evenly
- Drop spoonfuls of blueberry pie filling over the cream layer and gently spread
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on top evenly
- Sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs over the top
- Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving
Notes
- Chill overnight for best results and clean slices
- Use the dollop method when adding fruit layers to avoid mixing layers
- Make sure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing
- Do not skip whipping cream to stiff peaks for proper texture
- Freezing is not recommended as it affects texture
