Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with liners.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries or chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
