Description

A creamy peanut butter cookie dough dip made in minutes with simple ingredients. This no-bake dessert is rich, smooth, and perfect for serving with pretzels, cookies, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add milk and mix until the dip reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and chopped peanut butter cups.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. Soften butter and cream cheese before mixing for a smoother texture.
  2. If the dip is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
  4. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, apple slices, or vanilla wafers.
