- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions

- Shape the mixture into oval patties about 3/4-inch thick.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the patties on both sides. Remove and set aside.

- Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well to coat.
- Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Return patties to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer until fully cooked and coated in gravy.
