  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  • Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.

  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.

Notes
