Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until just al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced red onion, capers, dill, and smoked salmon.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with more dill or lemon zest before serving.
