- 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm the milk and sugar together, then sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit until foamy.
- Mix in the flour, egg, butter, vanilla extract, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Mix the strawberry jam, chopped strawberries, and cinnamon, then spread evenly over the dough.
- Cut the dough into strips and roll each strip into a cinnamon roll shape.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again until puffy.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until lightly golden and set.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
