This quick and easy recipe is ideal for lunch, dinner, or meal prep and can be customized with your favorite ingredients for a personal twist.
Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the garlic sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Wrap assembly:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: chopped parsley, diced bell peppers, lettuce, or onions
Instructions
Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 15–20 minutes.
Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Slice thinly.
Make garlic sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Adjust garlic to taste.
Assemble wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Spread a layer of garlic sauce, add sliced chicken, sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella, and optional vegetables.
Wrap tightly: Fold the bottom edge, tuck in the sides, and roll up.
Heat wraps: Optional—pan-sear in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve hot, with dipping sauce or side salad.
Notes
Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
Mix cheeses like Monterey Jack or pepper jack for variety.
Sauce can be made ahead and stored for 3–4 days.
Wraps freeze well for up to 2 months.
